The NPA Insurance Broking Group (a top 50 UK independent insurance broker) with offices in Aylesbury, Hitchin, St Albans and Uxbridge, are looking to fill the following job role:-
Commercial Account Executive:
Working as part of a sales team, Account Executives are expected to build and manage their own portfolio of commercial clients. A key part of the role will be to undertake client generation, with some help from Group marketing and telesales, supported by an Account Management team. Relationships with clients, insurers and colleagues are the key to success in this role.
Reporting into our Hitchin or Aylesbury offices the successful candidate will have:
- Strong communication and organisational skills
- At least 5 years commercial insurance experience with a broker or insurer
- Good business planning and business income forecasting
- Strong time management skills
- The ability to build strong relationships with both clients and colleagues to use skills to the best advantage
- A proven sales track record in the provision of insurance solutions to both SME and Corporate clients
- Progression towards A.C.I.I
